Mancini cranks up heat on Fergie, vows to win seven trophies in four years

United Kingdom News.Net Sunday 13th May, 2012

Roberto Mancini has put Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson on notice by saying that he would try to ensure that Manchester City wins seven trophies in four years, emulating what he did when he was Inter Milan's coach.

"I won Inter their first title for 20 years. We began with the Italian Cup, and then we continued for four years, seven trophies. Could I repeat that here? I hope so and maybe we can do better," The Sun quoted Mancini, as saying.

"This championship is the most difficult, so if we win it would be the very best for me. But I say 'if' we win because we still have another game. To fight with United is not easy because they have won for 20 years," he added.

Mancini claimed that winning the Premier League would be his 'best ever' and his Blues will 'have changed history'. (ANI)
