Taliban militants make agreement with Pakistan government

Pro-Taliban militants in Pakistan's Swat region have reached a peace agreement with the coalition government in the North West Frontier Province.
Under the agreement, the militants won't carry out any attacks in the area, and the government would not carry out any search operations against the militants.
The government has made the commitment to the militants at a meeting between Senior Provincial Minister Bashir Bilour and Taliban spokesmen in Swat.
The meeting venue was kept secret because of security reasons.
Over the past few years, these extremists had carried out a bloody campaign for the implementation of the Shariah law in the Swat district.
They torched two government girls' schools during past two weeks to make their presence felt.
According to sources, the provincial government agreed to demands for withdrawal of security forces from the area.
However, no timeframe has been set.

I pray that for the poor people that have now been handed over to the taliban to be the taliban’s slaves. And especially the ones that will be forced to giveup their lives to protect their own family from death
